Do you currently have rabbits available?
Any rabbits that are available will always be posted on our Facebook page first. In the future, we plan to offer subscriptions for those who are interested in purchasing stock from us. For now, the best way to stay updated is by following along on social media. Please keep in mind that our primary focus is on raising quality stock for our own family and sustainability rather than large volume sales.
Do you offer pets or companion rabbits?
No. We do not offer pet or companion rabbits, and this is a policy we firmly stand by. Our rabbitry is focused on purposeful livestock and sustainability.
Do you sell Rabbit Meat?
On occasion, we may have rabbit meat available. Availability varies and all sales are handled privately. Please feel free to message us for current information.
Do you mind if I message with questions?
Not at all. We love teaching and learning and are always happy to answer questions. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or concerns.
What breeds do you raise?
We currently raise Rex rabbits and are prayerfully looking to expand in the near future.
How much do your rabbits cost?
Our rabbits typically range from 75 to 200 dollars depending on age, quality, and purpose.
Do you offer discounts?
We price our animals fairly based on quality, care, and purpose. At this time, we do not offer routine discounts. Cheaper pricing can be found locally on questionable stock.
Do you offer Transport or Delivery?
Yes. I am happy to work with credited transport services and may be willing to travel for the right pricing! Please message me directly to discuss details.
Do you take back animals?
Yes. We will always take back any animal purchased from Hutch and Harvest with no questions asked. If possible, we do appreciate any details you are willing to share. Twenty four hours notice is always appreciated when able.
Can I resell my animal?
NO!!! All animals must be returned directly to Hutch and Harvest. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every animal that has been handled or raised by us. No refunds will be offered on returned animals.
What is your reservation process?
Once you have connected and spoken with me personally and a deposit has been made, you may choose to receive daily photos with weekly updates. Video chats are also available upon request.
What should I bring when picking up my rabbit?
Please bring a clean and comfortable transport cage. No rabbits will be sent home in dirty or cramped cages.
Are your rabbits show quality?
Our program does include show quality stock and kits out of grand champions! When these are available, they will always be clearly posted.
Are children allowed to handle the rabbits upon pick up?
Absolutely!! We love when the whole family is involved and want every family member to feel confident handling their rabbit appropriately.
